Pets at Home is top dog in the pet care industry. With more than 4,900 employees and 280 stores, this £500 million pound-a-year business continues to experience massive sales growth. Just as impressive: it was recently named as one of the Sunday Times' top 100 places to work for in the U.K. for the second year running. And, as of March 2011, their engagement scores came in at 91.7 percent—up 36 percent from 2007.
