All O.C. Tanner awards now include a new Congratulations! card. In addition to letting recipients know their award has been carefully inspected, it also gives them a toll-free number to call for any questions. Most current programs offer a variety of product choices, and with choices come questions. This new 800# feature allows recipients to deal directly with the O.C. Tanner Call Center. The new service is designed to reduce the number of calls you, the program administrator, must handle personally. Questions on anything from product features to warranty information are fair game.
