Her passion is helping organisations create more inspiring and successful work environments—where people know how they can make a difference and are engaged in great work. Erika facilitates an annual consortium session of an elite group of Fortune 500 clients on strategies to advance culture and recognition. She also contributes to O.C. Tanner best practices and content.
