Vishakha Sawlapurkar Head – Performance, Rewards & Workforce Planning, Adani Group
Vishakha Sawlapurkar is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of performance management, rewards strategy, and workforce planning. She currently serves as the Head – Performance, Rewards & Workforce Planning for the Adani Group, where she is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving the development of best practices in these areas.
Prior to joining the Adani Group, Vishakha was a Principal Consultant with Mercer, where she spent around 7 years working in the Rewards and Talent Advisory businesses. During her time at Mercer, she gained a reputation as a leading expert in the field, helping organisations to design and implement effective HR solutions for complex business issues.
Before her tenure at Mercer, Vishakha was part of the Global Organisation Effectiveness team at Maersk Oil in Denmark. Throughout her career, she has held both specialist and consulting roles on a global and regional level, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field.
