One part think tank, two parts innovation lab

Think Greatness, Innovate at Work

How does it feel to produce great work? The Great Work Experience workshop will give your employees knowledge and skills to achieving the highest levels of performance, productivity, creativity, and innovation.

Drawing from inspirational stories of real people in real jobs, this hands-on workshop is based on research* featured in the New York Times bestseller, Great Work: How to Make a Difference People Love.

Each participant should come with a specific problem to solve, a real-life opportunity, or a process to improve. Powered by the five difference-making skills, participants apply these skills with other team members who help ideate, innovate, and transform their projects in new and unexpected ways. The Great Work Experience is perfect for individuals or teams. The difference-making skills learned here will foster collaboration, and help provide a framework to take any idea from conception all the way to execution

Who should attend?
Leaders | Managers | Difference Makers across the organization

At the end of this course, participants will be able to do the following:

  • Communicate the difference between great vs. good work
  • Ask the right question to create a difference people love
  • Discover new ways to look for insights and ideas
  • Use collaboration as a tool to further define their objective
  • Employ a process of adding or removing key elements to get the project closer to being great
  • Use feedback and fine-tuning to deliver real results

Each participant will receive the Great Work Experience training kit, which includes everything a manager needs to begin creating a culture of great work: a Great Work book, the workbook, Post-It Notes, and a bag.
