Opportunity. In the past, opportunity was associated with promotions and pay increases. Today, employees are looking for other ways to grow, develop, and make a difference in their organizations.

How can companies convey a sense of opportunity and empowerment in their workplace? How does networking, having a voice in decisions, and participating in a variety of work and special projects impact employees’ feelings of opportunity?

Mindi Cox, Senior Vice President of People and Great Work at O.C. Tanner, shares how, in the absence of promotions and raises, companies can build a culture where employees can learn, perform at their best, and thrive.
