For almost a decade, Christina Chau has researched employee perceptions on recognition and workplace culture in more than 20 countries. Now she writes about the latest trends, insights, and best practices to help organizations become places where employees thrive. She has a Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s in Marketing from Northwestern University.
