Tanner uncovering employee perceptions on recognition and workplace culture and writing about the latest trends, insights, and best practices to help organizations become places where employees thrive. She also helps produce O.C. Tanner’s annual Global Culture Report. Christina has previously worked at IRI Worldwide, Memorial Herman Hospital System, and Anheuser-Busch, and has a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Marketing from Northwestern University.
