Mindi Cox

Mindi is currently honoured to serve as O.C. Tanner’s Senior Vice President of People & Great Work. She has nearly 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and as a Human Resource Executive focused on practices that contribute to strengthening company culture. Mindi believes an organization’s business potential is intimately tied to its sense of humanity. Her goal is to help cultivate workplace cultures where people feel connected to the greater purpose and impact of their work. Mindi believes it’s this connection, this soul spark, that inspires people to seek personal and professional progress that results in the most powerful business breakthroughs.  

Gary Beckstrand

Gary Beckstrand is Vice President of the O.C. Tanner Institute. Gary conducts research and publishes insights based on client feedback that help organizations attract, engage, and retain top talent by becoming great places to work. With nearly 30 years of research, marketing, and business development experience, he has consulted with numerous Fortune 100 companies to assess recognition cultures, develop strategic solutions, and measure results. Gary is also a co-author of the book Appreciate: Celebrating People, Inspiring Greatness where he shares why appreciation and recognition are so powerful at inspiring great effort and results, and also how, when, and where leaders can impact people the most.
