Hello - I hope this message finds you and your teams well. If your week has been anything like mine, you’ve spent many hours talking through the right thing to do for your people, your clients, and your communities in this time of unprecedented circumstances.
I want to assure you of O.C. Tanner’s ability to continue our support of your appreciation programs and goals.
We have taken proactive steps in partnership with our global supply chain vendors to offer uninterrupted service where possible. At this point, we don’t anticipate significant impact on your recognition programs. We commit to keep you informed and aware of critical changes and any potential impact on your programs. Currently, it is very much business as usual from a service and supply perspective.
However, as you might expect, we are watching developing local and national guidance regarding COVID-19 and implementing that guidance as necessary among our people. One such recommended measure is the practice of social distancing by implementing work-from-home where possible and new work configurations for our craftspeople. We are meeting daily as an Executive Team to evaluate the changing situation and stay in close coordination as circumstances evolve and to make the best, most coordinated decisions for you, our clients.
