What integrations and sign-on options do you have?

O.C. Tanner is compatible with HRIS systems and can streamline the process of importing employee data onto the platform. Integration is available through an API or SFTP method, and you can add additional metadata fields for advanced reporting abilities. O.C. Tanner supports SAML 2, and has various integrations with Workday, SAP, Outlook, Slack, PeopleSoft and others. Single sign-on is also an option.


Can employees add their own funds to their point balance when purchasing an item to make up the difference?

No. We help to make sure recognition is all about receiving a gift from the company, rather than having to purchase an award. Additionally, this approach makes it as easy as possible for companies to account for their investment, specifically when it comes to budgeting and reporting.

When your employees redeem points for awards from the Global Award Store, you'll pay market prices.
