Employee recognition has the incredible power to help employees feel seen, valued, and inspired, which is especially important during times of great change and uncertainty.

While recognition is crucial to building and sustaining thriving organisational cultures, how should employee recognition practices evolve as we continue to work more virtually, move back to offices with social distance, and start to discover a “new normal” for our organisations? What is employee recognition's “new normal”?

In this prerecorded webinar, we’ll hear from Gary Beckstrand, Vice President of the O.C. Tanner Institute, and Erika Crocker, Senior Director of Solution Design and Consulting at O.C. Tanner, as they share the latest research and best practices to optimise your recognition efforts and help employees thrive.

As we listen to the insights of Gary and Erika, we’ll also be joined by Robert Ordever, Managing Director for O.C. Tanner Europe, who will be on hand to take any questions.

Join us to:

• See the latest research on employee recognition practices in the workplace

• Get practical advice and fresh new ideas on what to consider and adjust in these changing times

• Learn principles for evolving recognition as your workforce and working environment evolves
