Tanner uncovering employee perceptions on recognition and workplace culture and writing about the latest trends, insights, and best practices to help organisations become places where employees thrive. She also helps produce O.C. Tanner’s annual Global Culture Report. Christina has previously worked at IRI Worldwide, Memorial Herman Hospital System, and Anheuser-Busch. She has a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Marketing from Northwestern University.

With over 32 years of experience in employee appreciation award development, Sandra Christensen leads the global awards merchandising and award design and development production teams at O.C. Tanner. A designer herself, Sandra has spent her career creating meaningful, lasting symbols of accomplishment. Her expertise and direction have resulted in the successful launch of countless custom award initiatives for leading organisations, including many in the Fortune 100.
Selma Mlikota Marketing Award Lines Manager, O.C. Tanner
For more than 20 years, Selma Mlikota has applied her leadership skills to roles in sales, people teams, and marketing. In her current position as Manager of Marketing Award Lines at O.C. Tanner, Selma owns and drives product planning and execution of custom awards to ensure products support organisational strategy and meet client needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Science from Utah State University, an Executive Leadership Certificate from Dave Eccles School of Business, and an Advanced HR Management Certificate from the University of Utah.
