Creating a Magnetic Culture

In 2017, the O.C. Tanner Institute conducted a joint study with Y2 Analytics and Harvard Business School Professor, Ashley Whillans, to discover how focusing on the right culture priorities can help influence greatness in organisations.

From the gathered results, we discovered six key attributes of an attractive workplace culture.  We call them “Talent Magnets” because they make your company irresistible to great employees.
