U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch, O.C. Tanner CEO & Other Utah Employers to be Featured at 'Helping Employees Achieve Financial Success for Retirement' Utah Event

SALT LAKE CITY—Feb. 10, 2016—O.C. Tanner, the global leader in helping organizations inspire and appreciate great work, will be among a group of prominent Utah businesses honored on Friday, February 19 by Washington D.C.-based Financial Services Roundtable (FSR) and its Save 10 coalition. O.C. Tanner will receive the “Save 10” award for exemplary work in helping employees plan for a secure retirement by saving at least 10 percent of their income.

The event, which will feature remarks from Sen. Orrin Hatch, the Governor’s Office of Economic Development board member Josh Romney, and O.C. Tanner CEO Dave Petersen, will include a panel discussion on ways to help workers achieve financial success in retirement, followed by the recognition of a group of Utah employers who are leaders in employee retirement.

“The heartbeat of our company philosophy, from our founder through present day, is that we place great trust and value in our people. We strive to make the workplace an environment where employees want to be, and a part of that is helping ensure employees are given the opportunity to be successful in all areas of their lives, including retirement,” said Petersen. “At O.C. Tanner we’re very proud to offer our team a retirement plan that we hope will open the door for them to build a successful and sound future.”

Friday’s panel, which will be moderated by Save 10, includes O.C. Tanner Director of Finance and Treasurer Richard Clegg, Nu Skin Chief Information Officer Mark Adams, 401(k) Advisors Intermountain President Corby Dall, Tom Topik, HR Strategic Business Partner, ARUP Laboratories, and CEO and Chairman of the board of FJ Management inc Crustal Maggelet.
