He was worldwide creative director for the Intel Inside campaign at the height of its glory. As Creative Director of O.C. Tanner, he co-authored the New York Times Bestseller, Great Work: How to Make a Difference People Love. These days, he reads and writes about corporate culture, what makes employees tick, and how to help organizations everywhere influence greatness with rewards and recognition.

   

 

 

   

Christina Chau
As a researcher and writer, Christina Chau has spent over 10 years with O.C. Tanner leading research projects to uncover employee perceptions on recognition and workplace culture in more than 20 countries. She uses the latest trends, insights, and best practices to help organizations become places where employees thrive. Christina has previously worked in market research for IRI, Memorial Herman Hospital System, and Anheuser-Busch. She has a Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s in Marketing from Northwestern University.
