Gary has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Erika is Sr. Director of Solution Design & Consulting at O.C. Tanner. Erika’s passion is helping organizations create more inspiring and successful work environments—where people know how they can make a difference and are engaged in performing great work.
For over 20 years, she has consulted with some of the world’s most complex organizations, carefully crafting plans to impact engagement, performance, and culture. Growing up, Erika heard the advice from her father, “you can only learn so much from books,” which inspired her to study and work across the globe including living in Australia, Kenya, and Mexico. She continues to be guided by this philosophy in how she infuses research, global perspectives, and practical experiences into her work.
With 30 years of game-changing research, business development, and leadership experience, Gary works with top organizations around the world to help them achieve lasting cultural impact.
