For over 20 years, she has consulted with some of the world’s most complex organizations, carefully crafting plans to impact engagement, performance, and culture. Growing up, Erika heard the advice from her father, “you can only learn so much from books,” which inspired her to study and work across the globe including living in Australia, Kenya, and Mexico. She continues to be guided by this philosophy in how she infuses research, global perspectives, and practical experiences into her work.
