Meghan Stettler, Director, O.C. Tanner Institute

A trusted voice for the O.C. Tanner Institute, most recently via its groundbreaking COVID-19 weekly webinars, Meghan specializes in knitting together key sentiments and perspectives to identify win-win strategies across the table for workplace culture success. As an award-winning journalist, Meghan has addressed over one million viewers, crafting compelling stories and programs for Al Jazeera in Qatar, News 12 New York, Network News Service, and PBS-KCET in Los Angeles. She has also led and captured hundreds of consumer brand experiences to build dozens of “real people” advertising campaigns for giants such as ESPN, Apple, Gap, and Advil.

Prior to joining O.C. Tanner, she served as the lead energy diplomat for the State of Utah, forging partnerships with countries and companies in the Middle East, the Americas, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific regions. A political sociologist with more than a decade’s worth of deep methodological, research, and practitioner experience, Alex conducts extensive research on workplace culture, employee experience, and assessment methodologies for the O.C. Tanner Institute. He also curates the perspectives of more than 40,000 leaders and employees, revealing relevant workplace trends for the Institute’s annual Global Culture Report, which is informed by his research in field theory, inter-generational dynamics, and culture change.

Alex’s dynamic insights transform the cultures of numerous Fortune 100 and Global 2000 companies as he works to develop targeted culture assessment programs, predictive models, evaluation plans, and listening strategies that help people thrive at work. His PhD is from the University of Utah and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from American Military University.

As the senior researcher for the O.C. Tanner Institute, Daniel excels in generating actionable insights that shape workplace culture outcomes for organizations worldwide. Specializing in mixed-method research, he develops tailored initiatives to improve communication and engagement for clients across a variety of industries where his depth of experience in cultural and narrative analysis enables him to consult with organizations in ways that improve the overall employee experience.
