Logistics
According to the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, logistics management is that part of supply chain management that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers' requirements.
The logistics team at O.C. Tanner works with carriers for efficiency in both inbound and outbound logistics. We work closely with our warehousing, shipping, customer service, and purchasing departments to ensure that our suppliers and our customers receive the highest quality service in the recognition industry.
We ask that all suppliers fill out a Supplier Outbound Profile. This profile provides us contact information for all suppliers and allows us to assign carriers to suppliers shipping Collect. Download the Supplier Outbound Profile in the Downloads section.
