Our Culture of Giving

Our founder, Obert C. Tanner, measured the company’s success by asking his accountant, “What’s our give-ability this month?” It’s why we give our employees eight hours of volunteer time annually, work to improve our communities, and give 10% of company profits to causes that benefit the environment, arts, education, human need, and other efforts that matter to our employees.
