Powerful Integrations with Your Preferred HR Systems
Expanding Integrations
At O.C. Tanner, we’re constantly expanding the ability for companies to integrate recognition data into their most important HR systems. Culture Cloud now integrates with 75+ HR information systems, giving people leaders greater visibility at the intersection of recognition and employee data.
Our native HRIS integration is easy to use and keeps information all in one place.
Store Enhancements
Branded Company Store (Beta)
Create your own customised company award store, featuring branded swag with your company logo. Receiving swag as part of recognition helps build a sense of belonging and team spirit among employees, and people love showing off their company pride with logo-branded clothing, gear, and tech.

More Flexible Store Setup Options Than Ever
You can build unique award stores to match the goals of different programs (such as onboarding, safety, wellness, sales incentives, etc.), team initiatives, or company locations, with products tailored to each audience. And manage budgets more precisely with dedicated point banks and recognition experiences for segmented stores. Tailor the experience, control the spend, and reward employees with intention.
Manager Store
Now you can create a separate Manager Store to support special moments for teams. Leaders can order customised trophies, gifts, and awards for special events, tailored to the needs of their team.

Multiselect Available in All Stores
Culture Cloud users can now select multiple reward items (based on available points) in all Award Stores, including the Anniversary Store. A helpful countdown feature helps you track the points you have remaining to buy more gifts.
Improved eCard Delivery
To improve the email delivery experience, eGift cards purchased in the Award Store will soon be sent from the O.C. Tanner email domain. This will take several quarters to complete as we work to implement the email on a vendor by vendor basis. As we transition each vendor, the “allowlist” domains needed will be updated.
Increased Recognition Visibility
Post a Win and Celebrate (Beta)
For quiet achievers or undercelebrated employees, Post a Win lets anyone share a success story, no manager needed. Users can give their team (or themselves) recognition for others to see and appreciate.
Designed to mirror social media best practices, Post a Win helps increase engagement and create a culture of inspiration in the workforce.

Boost a Recognition Moment (Beta)
After an employee receives recognition, colleagues can use the Boost feature to add more points. This is a fresh, simple way to amplify appreciation while creating greater connection across teams, making every “thank you” go further.
Boost helps you unlock greater employee engagement and excitement around recognition, without creating extra work. Research from the Global Culture Report shows both givers and receivers benefit from the interaction of “boosting” a colleague’s recognition moment. Receivers feel more appreciated and can claim more awards, while those giving a Boost feel more engaged, empowered, and invested in the success of their team.
Built with controls in place to avoid over-spending, anyone can click to add more points or dollars to a colleague’s recognition, up to a pre-set limit.

Give a Shout Out with Leader Broadcast
Sometimes the best recognition needs a mic. With Broadcast, leaders can spotlight the great work happening across their organisation. Templated email messages include the key details and a link back to the original recognition moment, making it easy to pass along the good news about recognition, including Nominations, Awards, Anniversaries, and eCards. Leaders can choose to share the news with just a few individuals or with larger groups - they have total control over who receives a Broadcast message.
Empower a culture of appreciation across teams and departments using Broadcast to increase the visibility of your team members’ recognition.

Amplified Leader Impact
My Team Dashboard Redesign
The updated My Team dashboard brings together key insights for leaders, including recognition trends, team health, Anniversaries, and points expiring into a single, easy-to-scan experience. This dashboard has been revamped to drive awareness, follow-through, and meaningful recognition behaviour, especially among time-constrained people leaders.

Non-Federated Login SMS Added
To further empower your deskless workforce, our non-federated login now includes SMS and email, allowing all employees to easily access recognition and engagement tools anytime, anywhere.
More Customised Awards Available on Culture Cloud
You’ll find new resources in Culture Cloud to create customised award experiences, including logo-branded merchandise, custom collectable awards, rings, free-standing numerals, Careerscapes and icons. Visit our Custom Awards page for more details.
