‍We’ve introduced next-level approver functionality into the recognition approval workflow. This creates parity with Culture Cloud Web and improves the user’s approval flow experience.

Additionally, there is now a toggle for users to display recognition given on the social wall.

Web

‍Admins are now able to offer their employees the ability to add preferred pronouns to their Culture Cloud profile.

‍There is now a download button on the “Active Users” tab in the Manage Access section to see which team members have access to recognition data. You are able to download the list in a CSV.

For Data Export, the data will now be initiated every 12 hours. In the coming months, timing will be noted in the UI.

My Team

‍For managers of teams with more than 20 employees, we’re introducing pagination, search, and filter options to the My Team page. Managers can better see and understand what recognition activity is happening across their team.
