Often, a leader will need to share recognition data with an assistant or assigned delegate. We’ve added the ability for assigned delegates to view and download details from their leader’s team, and downline, recognition activity.

Web Search

‍To help users quickly find colleagues a new search field includes a condensed office location pulled from the population file.

Mobile

‍We’re revamping the mobile home page to add client branding and encourage more giving and redeeming of recognition. We’re also increasing parity between the iOS and Android Culture Cloud mobile app.

Store—System Emails

‍Users often want to know the delivery status for their orders. We are pleased to introduce two new delivery status emails communicating when orders are “out for delivery” and “delivered.”

SAP HRIS Integration

‍Our native integration with SAP SuccessFactors allows individual employee records to be synced with recognition event data.

Workday Payroll Integration

‍We are introducing a back-end integration for submitting payroll entries. This automatic transfer of redemption and issuance data, run monthly or quarterly at the client’s discretion, is reported to Workday as a one-time payment instead of a bulk download of redemptions that must be manually uploaded.

Slack

‍Our native Slack integration is now available via Slack’s app marketplace. The Culture Cloud Slack app makes it easy for users to nominate a peer, add a personal note, or send an eCard without ever leaving Slack.
