Employee Activity Tool
The Employee Activity Tool gives program admins the ability to search for and explore employee profiles, including recent and past recognition activity, and make changes as necessary.
How to use the Employee Activity Tool
1. Navigate to the Employee Activity Tool by clicking Toolbox > Admin Home > Employee Activity.
2. Start searching for an employee by typing their name into the search bar.
3. View the employee profile and activity, apply filters, and make changes as necessary.
Pro Tips
Narrow your search and find exactly what you’re looking for by using the activity tabs to add filters, view details, and more.
Search by date range
Select the start and end date for your search and the results will be filtered automatically. Click Clear Dates to remove the filter.
Filters
Narrow down on specific information by filtering by giver or receiver, program, recognition type, award level, and status.
Nomination Details
You can modify both pending nomination details (such as award level, corporate value, approval status, and more) and completed nominations (cancel, change the expiration date, and edit details).
eCard Details
View eCard details such as program name, giver and receiver, status, submission date, award level (if points are attached), and text description.
