David Sturt

David Sturt is a New York Times bestselling author of two books, Great Work and Appreciate. He is an Executive Vice President of the O.C. Tanner Company, a $500+ million global recognition and workplace culture company. His work and interviews have been published in Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and NPR, and he co-authors a weekly leadership column on Forbes.com.

He has a degree in Training and Development and an MBA, and has two decades of experience in research, innovation, and leadership. Assad Mallick

HR Compensation and Total Rewards Expert

Assad has over 15 years of HR and Total Rewards experience working in a variety of large Canadian and global organisations. His focus has been in Compensation and Total Rewards in progressively senior roles working in a variety of different areas specialising in sales compensation, broad-based compensation, executive compensation, engagement, wellness, benefits and retirement programmes. Assad has had broad exposure working with some diverse client groups. His experience spans a variety of industries including telecommunications, financial services and pharmaceutical retail. Previously VP, Total Rewards at Cineplex, Assad is now VP, Global Total Rewards at Lifeworks.

Shosh Greengarten

Vice President, TD Bank, Compensation Advisory, Incentive Governance, HR M&A & Global Recognition - Total Rewards

Shosh has over 18 years of experience in Financial Services, with the majority of her career spent in total rewards, focusing on compensation and pay practices. Shosh has also worked in other areas of HR including Campus and IT Recruitment, Organisation Design and Job Evaluation. Shosh joined TD Bank Group in 2009 and she now a Vice President in Human Resources leading the Compensation Advisory, Incentive Governance, Global Recognition and HR Mergers & Acquisitions teams.

On a personal level, Shosh spent most of her childhood following her passion for theatre, music and dance and she continues to be energised by the arts into her adulthood. She has a young family of 3 children who keep her and her husband busy. She also has a love for travelling to different countries and immersing herself in different cultures.
