A designer herself, Sandra has spent her career creating meaningful, lasting symbols of accomplishment. Her expertise and direction have resulted in the successful launch of countless custom award initiatives for leading organizations, including many in the Fortune 100.

For more than 20 years, Selma Mlikota has applied her leadership skills to roles in sales, people teams, and marketing. In her current position as Manager of Marketing Award Lines at O.C. Tanner, Selma owns and drives product planning and execution of custom awards to ensure products support organizational strategy and meet client needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Science from Utah State University, an Executive Leadership Certificate from Dave Eccles School of Business, and an Advanced HR Management Certificate from the University of Utah.
