Conrad Kresge is a healthcare analyst working in Louisville, KY with a background in public health policy and population health analysis. Conrad joined Norton Healthcare in 2014, taking on key responsibilities as the builder and facilitator for all Norton Healthcare employee experience surveys. He has defined, built, and implemented a comprehensive listening strategy for the more than 18,000 employees of Norton Healthcare.
