Building Nimble Resilience with Employee Appreciation and Mental Wellbeing

Building Nimble Resilience with Employee Appreciation and Mental Wellbeing

February 29, 2024

29th February 2024

10-11 AM SGT

With the ever-accelerating pace of change, organisations need to redefine ’resilience’. Far more than endurance and being reactive, it is now becoming about embracing change with a proactive, adaptable mindset. New research from the O.C. Tanner Institute’s 2024 Global Culture Report reveals that employees are 11x more likely to report a positive experience with change when organisations take a people-centred approach.

Resilience in the workplace is also closely tied to healthy mental wellbeing practices. Clinical research shows that employees who are more resilient tend to respond more adaptively to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of daily work. Organisational leaders are, now more than ever, becoming more proactive in cultivating and providing resources for employees to better manage stress levels and overall wellbeing.

As we approach Employee Appreciation Day, we invite you to join us for a webinar on 29th Feb at 10:00 AM SGT where our speakers, Russell Flint from O.C. Tanner and Salman Haider from Intellect will reveal the powerful impact meaningful employee appreciation and mental wellbeing strategies can have on building nimble resilience and enhancing an organisation's capacity to navigate change more effectively.
