His expertise lies in thoughtful management of the intersection of strategy, talent, and organization culture, with extensive outcomes in organizational effectiveness, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.

Prior to joining the Adani Group, Vikram was the Head of HR at HSBC India. Before HSBC, Vikram served at the American International Group as the Regional HR Director for the Mediterranean, Middle East and South Asia region. He participated in AIG’s rapid growth through several start-up joint ventures and acquisitions. His career also included several years at Inchcape Plc, Dubai, the ANZ Grind lays Bank, India, and Indian Hotels Company Ltd, where he has held multiple roles in HR.

A combination of subject matter expertise with operational understanding and effective stakeholder management has always ensured business impact of HR interventions. Her domain expertise lies in the areas of Competency Management, Talent Assessment, Leader Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
