Fatima is the CHRO at Tanfeeth, a subsidiary of Emirates NBD. In her current role, she is responsible for leading Tanfeeth’s overall HR strategy in areas of leadership and development, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, communications, and employee relations. As the CHRO, she has transformed the function, culture, and impact of HR across Tanfeeth to support its business goals and strategies. Fatima is also part of the HR Leadership Team for Emirates NBD Group and is heavily involved in managing HR Shared Services for the organization. Fatima has been with Emirates NBD Group for 13+ years working cross-functionally in areas of Retail, Credit, Digital and Human Resources for the bank. In 2019, she was announced as the Vice Chairperson of the EIBFS Women Empowerment Committee in the banking sector.

Nida is a passionate and an entrepreneurial HR Professional with over a decade of experience across diverse areas of the human capital lifecycle. Prior to her current stint with SHRM India, she worked independently with several firms including Great Place to Work Research and Consultancy, School of Inspired Leadership, and Institution Builders. She was previously employed as a Project Leader with Right Management India. Nida has worked on projects involving both high level strategy and ground level execution. Her combination of subject matter expertise with operational understanding and effective stakeholder management has always ensured business impact of HR interventions. Nida’s domain expertise lies in the areas of Competency Management, Talent Assessment, Leader Development, Employee Engagement and Performance Management.
