Creating Unity in Diversity: The Role of Leadership, Culture, and Appreciation

Diversity, equity, and inclusion continue to be top of mind for senior leaders and HR practitioners. We know that integrated DE&I programs and inclusive employee experiences across the employee lifecycle produce the best outcomes for individuals, teams, and organizations. Yet only 44% of employees feel that DE&I efforts within their organization are sincere. How do we genuinely move the needle in creating authentic experiences where all employees feel like they belong and can thrive?

Join Sara Jones, CEO of InclusionPro, and Mindi Cox, Chief Marketing & People Officer at O.C. Tanner, as they reveal new insights, thinking, and practices that HR and senior leaders can employ now to transform their DE&I programs and strategies.

Discover:

  • The value of a foundation of Unity to achieve DEI outcomes
  • Leadership readiness and mindset
  • Addressing the authenticity gap when leaders are not unified
  • The power of validation as appreciation
