Employee recognition has the incredible power to help employees feel seen, valued, and inspired, which is especially important during times of great change and uncertainty.

While recognition is crucial to building and sustaining thriving organisational cultures, how should employee recognition practices evolve as we continue to work more virtually, move back to offices with social distance, and start to discover a “new normal” for our organisations? What is employee recognition's “new normal”?

Join Gary Beckstrand, Vice President of the O.C. Tanner Institute, and Erika Crocker, Senior Director of Solution Design and Consulting at O.C. Tanner, on Wednesday, June 24th at 2 p.m. EDT, as they share latest research and best practices to optimise your recognition efforts and help employees thrive.
