A trusted voice for the O.C. Tanner Institute, most recently via its groundbreaking COVID-19 weekly webinars, Meghan specializes in knitting together key sentiments and perspectives to identify win-win strategies across the table for workplace culture success. As an award-winning journalist, Meghan has addressed over one million viewers, crafting compelling stories and programs for Al Jazeera in Qatar, News 12 New York, Network News Service, and PBS-KCET in Los Angeles. She has also led and captured hundreds of consumer brand experiences to build dozens of “real people” advertising campaigns for giants such as ESPN, Apple, Gap, and Advil.
Prior to joining O.C. Tanner, she served as the lead energy diplomat for the State of Utah, forging partnerships with countries and companies in the Middle East, the Americas, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific regions. With nearly 30 years of research, business development, and leadership experience, Gary has seen what works (and what doesn’t) in top companies around the globe. Gary has spoken to tens of thousands of business leaders at conferences and companies all over the world. Mara Zavagno, VP of Human Resources, Konecranes
Mara Zavagno is Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and VP of Human Resources for Konecranes. She has 23 years experiences in Human Resources in multinational companies, with broad competencies in operational and Business Partnership HR, supporting cultural change, as well as Diversity and Inclusion. She’s also a Member of the Board of Trustees for ISD Dusseldorf. Mara has a degree in Political Science and is a Master in Business Coach and Executive Leadership training for Board Members. She is a prominent speaker on Diversity and Inclusion, and has participated in ELA International, HRD Podcast in LinkedIn, Strategy Insights and many others.
Thierry Ollivero, Central Europe Talent Management & Development Director, Air Liquide
Thierry Ollivero is Central Europe Talent Management & Development Director for Air Liquide, a world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health. In his role, he leads the actions to build an agile, effective and competitive organization in which all employees can be the best version of themselves. Prior to joining the HR world, Thierry spent close to 10 years in different positions linked to procurement, business strategy, marketing and business development within Air Liquide in France, Austria and Germany. Thierry has an Engineering Degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and a Master of International Economic Policy degree from SciencesPo Paris.
