As a vice president at O.C. Tanner, Gary’s insights are sought after by multiple Fortune 100 companies, and he has spoken to tens of thousands of business leaders across his career.

In addition to coauthoring Appreciate: Celebrating People, Inspiring Greatness, Gary frequently features on,, and Forbes. Prior to O.C. Tanner, Gary held leadership positions at Frito-Lay, Kellogg’s, and Franklin-Covey. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a BS in marketing from Brigham Young University.

Dr. Amit Singh, Head of Corporate Human Resources, Aster DM Healthcare

Dr. Amit leads the corporate HR function, which includes working with functional CXOs to advise on organisational design and interventions for over 20,000 employees. He brings over 18 years of experience with global organisations like Pearson (the world’s largest Education company), large scale manufacturing organisations like Moser Baer, and IT companies such as R Systems.

Working across both regional and global roles, Dr Amit facilitated change efforts for businesses across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, while collaborating with global teams and businesses in the UK, Europe, and the Americas. A dental surgeon by qualification, he completed an executive management program with IIM-Kolkata and is an alumnus of Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands. In 2013, Dr. Amit was recognised as one of India’s Best Learning and Development Professionals by the World HRD Congress and listed in the 100 most influential Global HR Leaders in 2017.

Jennifer Herrera, Director of Organisational Development, MLK Community Healthcare

Jennifer has served and supported her frontline team at MLK Community Healthcare in South Los Angeles, through these most traumatic and unparalleled times. This experience has confirmed her commitment to wellbeing and the role and responsibility our work experience has in cultivating and encouraging radiant health. She is a highly collaborative, creative, and engaged leader focused on the development of people and organisational culture.

Specialising in the mental health and wellbeing of the individual and the team, Jennifer reflects on our ability (and necessity) to evolve and expand. She is an experienced Organisational Development Professional with an enthusiasm for the shared human experience and creating a space for brave exchange to occur.
