Dr. Amit Singh, Head of Corporate Human Resources, Aster DM Healthcare
Dr. Amit leads the corporate HR function, which includes working with functional CXOs to advise on organizational design and interventions for over 20,000 employees. He brings over 18 years of experience with global organizations like Pearson (the world’s largest Education company), large scale manufacturing organizations like Moser Baer, and IT companies such as R Systems.
Working across both regional and global roles, Dr Amit facilitated change efforts for businesses across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, while collaborating with global teams and businesses in the UK, Europe, and the Americas. A dental surgeon by qualification, he completed an executive management program with IIM-Kolkata and is an alumnus of Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands. In 2013, Dr. Amit was recognized as one of India’s Best Learning and Development Professionals by the World HRD Congress and listed in the 100 most influential Global HR Leaders in 2017.
