Amy Martin serves as the Director, Total Rewards for Centra Health.  Amy came to Centra from Mary Black Health System in Spartanburg, SC, where she served as Director of Human Resources for five years.  Prior to Mary Black Health System, she served as Director of Human Resources, Volunteer Services and Ethics & Compliance Officer for Jacksonville Medical Center in Jacksonville, AL for six years. Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from East Carolina University and a Masters in Human Resource Development from Clemson University.

Aubrey has served in various roles at Centra Health where she created population health strategies for external clients to help their teams achieve optimum health. Aubrey came to Centra from Adventist Health System/Florida Hospital Healthcare System, in Orlando, FL. During her time in Orlando, Aubrey spent several years coaching leaders on behavioral change to achieve balance and wellbeing in their lives. Additionally, she had the opportunity to coordinate and present corporate relations strategies for AHS locations outside of Florida and abroad. Aubrey earned her Bachelor of Science in Corporate/Community Wellness Management from Southern Adventist University and Masters in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
