Recognition Coach
If you choose to turn Recognition Coach on for your users, please note the following:
  • By agreeing, your users will be notified of this new feature by email.
  • The Azure OpenAI/AWS environment is dedicated to O.C. Tanner. Information entered into the Recognition Coach will not be used by Microsoft or AWS to train other models.
  • Processing is limited to information included in a user’s message, and processing will only occur if the user requests feedback from the Recognition Coach.
  • This notification is considered notice of a new sub-processor (Microsoft/AWS).
  • Microsoft Azure OpenAI and AWS (Bedrock) have been vetted by our Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure their security controls meet or exceed the security, confidentiality, processing, integrity, availability, and privacy control expectations of O.C. Tanner, its clients, and applicable industry standards and regulations.
