If for some reason you’re not happy with the award(s) you’ve received, the most accommodating and comprehensive warranty in the industry is at your service:
- O.C. Tanner-manufactured awards and awards purchased from O.C. Tanner facilities in the United States, Canada and Europe are guaranteed for five years. If there is something wrong with your award, please return it for repair or replacement within five years of receiving, exclusive of the exceptions below.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:
- The following watches are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty exclusively: Omega, Rado, Tag Heuer, and Breitling.
- Gift cards, vouchers, certificates and wearable personal items such as in ear headphones and earrings cannot be returned.
- All food and plant items are guaranteed to be fresh. If they arrive damaged or appear to be defective, please contact O.C. Tanner immediately.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CLARIFICATIONS:
- O.C. Tanner’s warranty applies only to current clients.
- Awards received damaged must be reported to O.C. Tanner within 90 days of receipt for replacement.
- Gift Cards and Awards not received must be reported to O.C. Tanner within 90 days of order placement to be replaced.
- Warranty replacement items will be fulfilled from award selections in currently available programs.
- This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty as long as the item is still available.
- For returns involving potentially hazardous materials including items containing lithium batteries or gas-powered machines (e.g., garden equipment, camping equipment, power tools, tablets etc.) please contact O.C. Tanner for special instructions.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
- Any award delivered by O.C. Tanner’s facilities in the United States, Canada, and Europe may be returned for full credit if the item is damaged or defective when you receive it.
- Non-defective items, delivered by O.C. Tanner’s facilities in the United States, Canada, and Europe may be returned for full credit if they have not been customized or damaged and remain in original packaging if the award is returned within six months of the fulfillment date.
- Customized individual awards, delivered by O.C. Tanner’s facilities in the United States, Canada, and Europe may be returned for a 50% courtesy credit, which will be given if the award is returned within six months of the fulfillment date.
- Ordering packets, solicitation awards, or Bravo awards that are returned to OC Tanner, and are less than $50.00 in value will not be credited.
- Due to the custom nature of many of the awards O.C. Tanner creates, the custom products we manufacture cannot be re-used for other clients. As a result, credit cannot be issued for entire custom orders produced in good faith based on a legitimate order.
- Gift cards, certificates, and vouchers/e-vouchers cannot be exchanged, replaced, or returned for credit.
- Returns for credit must be coordinated through O.C. Tanner for a return label. Shipping return costs will not be reimbursed.
EXCHANGES
- If you are not fully satisfied with your award, delivered by O.C. Tanner’s facilities in the United States, Canada, and Europe you may have the option to return it for exchange within 90 days of receipt. Shipping of the award back to O.C. Tanner is the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping return costs will not be reimbursed.
UNDELIVERABLE AWARDS
- When a recipient cannot be located at the address provided, O.C. Tanner will notify the program administrator. If a correct address is then provided within 20 days, O.C. Tanner will ship the award to the new address.
- Ordering packets, solicitation awards, or Bravo awards that are returned to OC Tanner because of an incorrect address, and are less than $50.00 in value will not be credited.
- If an individual award recipient is no longer eligible and the ordering client would like to repurpose the award for another event, please notify O.C. Tanner and the award will be shipped to the program administrator.
- If an individual award recipient is no longer eligible and the ordering client wishes to liquidate the award, O.C. Tanner will provide 100% credit for non-customized awards in original condition or provide a 50% courtesy credit for awards that cannot be returned to stock.
- If O.C. Tanner has not heard from the ordering client within 20 days after notification of an undeliverable award, we will assume the client wants to have the award(s) in question returned to stock or liquidated. O.C. Tanner will then provide the appropriate credit.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Awards delivered by in-country distribution partners:
- The in-country distribution partner designation refers to awards that ship directly from local partners in some countries.
- All awards delivered by in-country distribution partners are guaranteed by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- O.C. Tanner must be notified within three days of receipt for a full credit on damaged and defective awards delivered by other in-country distribution partners.
- Credits will not be offered for non-defective items delivered by other in-country distribution partners.
- Credits will not be offered on customized individual awards delivered by other in-country distribution partners.
- Exchanges will not be offered on customized individual awards delivered by other in-country distribution partners.
- No courtesy credit will be offered for ineligible recipients on awards delivered by other in-country distribution partners.
- If O.C. Tanner has not heard from the ordering client within 7 days after notification of an undeliverable award by other in-country distribution partners, we will assume the client wants to have the award(s) in question returned to stock or liquidated.

Access codes are usually presented in an email, letter, certificate, or in a printed brochure.
When you receive your access code will depend on the arrangements made by your employer. Many companies choose to present your access code prior to an anniversary; other companies choose to present your access code on your anniversary. If you are not sure of your company’s practice, please check with your manager.

You can obtain your ring size by visiting any local jeweler or retailer that sells rings. They can do a sizing for you. You can also do a sizing on your own with a ring sizing sheet. Click here and print out the chart to determine the right size.

Your award may ship to either your home or work location depending on the arrangements made by your employer. When you use the track your order feature only the city and state will be given. To verify the complete address, please fill out the form below.
An address can be changed if the award has not yet shipped; your manager may request an address change if the award is shipping to a work location.
If your award is shipping to your home it should be received 2-4 weeks after you order it. If your award is shipping to your work, it should be received on or around your anniversary date.
Your award may still be in production, or it may be shipping directly from one of our suppliers.
